This commitment will be based upon a quality program which will comply with the elements defined in ANSI / ASQC Q9001. Through continuous monitoring and modification of process and procedures, United Glass seeks to manufacture products which exceed our customers expectations in terms of dependability, delivery and satisfaction. We will measure our performance by monitoring productivity, process yields, operational expense, receipts and RMA's. The customer's specifications are only the starting point. Our aim is to meet and exceed the customer's expectations of the product's performance and reliability. At United Glass we will settle for nothing less than total customer satisfaction.
